At RDWEAR, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

Returns

You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be in original condition, with tags attached.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Please Note:

• Sale items, accessories, and limited-edition drops are final sale and not eligible for return.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? No problem! Contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Email us at rizwan.d7600@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

2. We'll provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll fix the issue as fast as possible—at no extra cost to you.
